健脾益肠散对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的作用研究

目的探讨健脾益肠散对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠的影响。方法将60只大鼠随机分为健脾益肠散高、中、低剂量组、柳氮磺吡啶组、模型组和正常组各10只。除正常组外,其余各组均采用2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)/乙醇法复制UC大鼠模型,灌胃21 d后观察各组大鼠一般情况,疾病活动指数(DAI)和结肠组织损伤程度评分(CMDI)。结果模型组大鼠DAI评分和CMDI显著高于正常组,差异有统计学意义;健脾益肠散高剂量组DAI评分和CMDI,以及中剂量组DAI评分均较模型组明显降低;健脾益肠散高剂量组上述指标与柳氮磺吡啶组比较差异不显著,但明显优于低剂量组。结论健脾益肠散能有效缓解UC模型大鼠症状,改善结肠组织学损伤,且以高剂量效果为佳。

Objective： To explore the effect of Jianpiyichang Powder（JP） on ulcerative colitis（UC） rats.Methods： 60 rats were randomly divided into JP high,medium and low-dose group,sulfasalazine group,model group and the normal group of 10 each.Besides normal group,the other groups were used 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid（TNBS）/ethanol method to copy UC rat model.General condition of rats,disease activity index（DAI） and colon tissue injury severity score（CMDI） were observed after gavage 21 d.Results： The model rats DAI score and CMDI significantly higher than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant;JP high dose group DAI score and CMDI,and the middle dose group the DAI score compared with model group decreased significantly;JP high-dose group,the difference of these indicators with sulfasalazine group was not significant,but significantly better than the low-dose group.Conclusions： JP can effectively alleviate the symptoms of UC rats,improvement of colonic tissue damage,and with high dose effect.
