防己黄芪汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白尿和肾组织Nephrin的作用

Effacts of Fangjihuangqi Decotion on the Proteinuria and Expression of Nephrin of Adriamycin Ne-phropathy

目的观察经方防己黄芪汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白尿和肾组织Nephrin的作用。方法采用阿霉素两次注射法建立阿霉素肾病大鼠模型,按24 h尿蛋白定量水平将造模大鼠分为模型组、防己黄芪汤高、中、低剂量治疗组,观察给药6周后各组大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆蛋白、血脂和肾组织Nephrin变化情况。结果模型组大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量明显升高,血浆蛋白水平降低,伴有脂质代谢紊乱和肾组织Nephrin表达降低。防己黄芪汤高、中、低剂量治疗组的上述指标均有不同程度改善。结论防己黄芪汤能减少阿霉素肾病大鼠的24 h尿蛋白定量,升高血浆蛋白水平,改善其脂质代谢紊乱,保护足细胞受损。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Fangjihuangqi Decoction on the Adriamycin Induced Nephropathy（AIN） rats.Methods： Nephropathy model with SD rats were established by adriamycin-induced,and the model rats were randomly divided into model group,treatment group by high-dosage,medium-dosage and low-dosage medicine.6 weeks later,the 24h urinary protein,plasma proteins,biood fat and nephridial tissue in each group were determined.Results： 24h urinary protein quantitative,cholesterol（TG）,triglyceride（TC） of the rats in the model group increased compared with the normal group,plasma total protein,albumin,globulin and Nephrin expression in renal tissue decreased than those of normal groups,and the above indexes in treatment group by high-dosage,medium-dosage and low-dosage medicine were improved in different degrees.Conclusion： Fangji Huangqi Decoction can reduce the quantity of 24 hours urine protein of Adriamycin Induced Nephropathy rats,increase its plasma protein and improve their general status and disturbance of lipid metabolism,alleviate the histopathology change of kidney,protect the podocyte against damage.
