中西医结合治疗手足口病并发中枢神经系统感染90例临床观察

Clinical Study of the Combined Treatment of TCM and Western Medicine on 90 cases with hand-foot-mouth Disease Complicated with Central Nervous System Infections

目的评价中西医结合治疗手足口病合并中枢神经系统感染患儿的临床疗效。方法将90例患儿随机分为西医综合治疗组(A组)、西医综合治疗组+痰热清注射液治疗组(B组)、西医综合治疗组+痰热清注射液+中药汤剂治疗组(C组),每组各30例。观察治疗前和治疗前后各组患儿发热、皮疹、惊跳等临床症状及病程的变化。结果 C组总有效率高于A组,3组治疗后皮疹消失、惊跳消失时间及病程差异无统计学意义,B组热退时间明显短于A、C组。结论中药汤剂及痰热清治疗手足口病合并中枢神经系统感染疗效确切。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on the hand-foot-and-mouth disease complicated with central nervous system infections.Methods： 90 patients were randomized into a western medicine treatment group（A）,a western medicine treatment＋Tanreqing Injection treatment group（B）,a western medicine treatment＋Tanreqing injection treatment group＋Chinese medicine treatment group（C）.The case in clinical symptoms,the laboratory tests were observed,and changes in the course of disease before and after the treatment were also observed.Reasults： After treatment,the heat rash resolved,lesions disappeared and jumping diminished in each treatment groupn,and no statistical differences were shown among three groups.The total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A.The disappearing time of fever in group B were shorter than those in group A and C.Conclusion： TCM decoction and Tanreqing treatment merger hand-foot-and-mouth disease affiliated the central nervous system Infections has positive effect on the hand-foot-and-mouth disease complicated with central nervous system infections.
