二冬汤对糖尿病前期胰岛素敏感性的影响

The Effect of Erdong Decoction on Insulin Sensitivity of Prediabetic State

目的探讨二冬汤对糖尿病前期胰岛素敏感性的影响作用。方法选择56例糖尿病前期人员作为观察对象;35例健康体检结果正常人员作为对照组。实验前对两组人员进行OGTT实验,检测项目包括血糖、胰岛素水平。糖尿病前期人员给以二冬汤每日1剂,连续口服2个月。实验结束时两组人员重复OGTT实验和上述检测项目。胰岛素敏感性用改良胰岛素敏感指数标示。结果在空腹状态下,对照组与糖尿病前期病变组治疗前后之间在空腹血糖、胰岛素水平无显著差异;2 h及4 h后各项指标差异有统计学意义;对照组、糖尿病前期组治疗前后改良胰岛素敏感指数差异有统计学意义,组间差异亦有统计学意义。结论二冬汤通过增加胰岛素敏感性,改善胰岛功能有效治疗糖尿病前期病变。

Objective： To investigate therapeutical effect of Erdong Decoction on insulin sensitivity of prediabetic state.Methods： 56 cases with prediabetic state were selected as experimental group and 35 normal cases were assigned into control group.Before the study,two groups were checked up OGTT,test item include blood glucose,serum insulin level,serum c-peptide.After that,42 cases with prediabetic state were given Erdong Decoction one time a day for two months.Two groups were repeated OGTT.Insulin sensibility was measured by improved insulin sensitivity index.Results： There were no differences among normal control,experimental group before and after treatment in FPG,serum insulin level at fasting.There were differences among them in blood glucose,serum insulin level at two and four hours.There was difference in three items between them at two and fours.There were differences among normal control,experimental group before and after treatment in improved insulin sensitivity index and there was difference between them in the item.Conclusion： Erdong Decoction cures Prediabetic State by improving insulin sensitivity and pancreatic islet function.
