涤痰汤对急性脑梗死患者血小板GMP-140的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察涤痰汤对急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及血浆血小板膜蛋白颗粒(GMP-140)的影响,初探涤痰汤对脑梗死患者血小板聚集影响的作用机制。方法将急性脑梗死患者63例随机分为治疗组(32例)与对照组(31例)。对照组采取常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上加用涤痰汤加减口服,疗程均为2周。观察两组临床疗效,测定治疗前后血浆GMP-140水平。结果治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分两组均有显著性差异。治疗组治疗后总有效率明显优于对照组。两组患者治疗前后GMP-140均有显著改善,治疗组降低更为明显。结论涤痰汤治疗急性脑梗死,可显著改善神经功能缺损,明显降低GMP-140水平,其作用机制可能与其影响血小板聚集状态有关。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and the effect of Ditan Decoction on plasma levels of α-granule membrane protein(GMP-140) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.To explore the mechanism of action of Ditan Decoction on platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods: Sixty-three patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled and divided into treatment group(32) and control group(31) randomly.The patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment western medicine,and those in treatment group were added Ditan Decoction for 2 weeks.The clinical therapeutic effect were observed,the plasma levels of GMP-140 before and after treatment in both treatment group and control group were detected.Result: There were the significant improvements in the both of the neuron function deficit scores after treatment.The total efficiency in the treatment group was more effective than that in the control group.The GMP-140 before and after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved,while the improvement of GMP-140 in the treatment group were more obviously.Conclusion: Ditan Decoction has the significant effects of improving neuron function deficit scores,decreasing GMP-140.The mechanism could be related mainly to its effects on platelet aggregation.
