经皮穴位神经电刺激对急性缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能康复的影响

Effect of Transutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation on Acupuncture Points on Revovery of Motor Function in Acute Stroke Patients

目的观察经皮穴位神经电刺激对急性缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能康复的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,均接受常规的内科药物及康复治疗,治疗组加用经皮穴位神经电刺激治疗患者运动功能障碍,疗程均为2周。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后运动功能评分(FMA)、日常生活活动能力评分(MBI)均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组。结论采用经皮穴位神经电刺激治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者可明显改善肢体运动功能,提高患者日常生活活动能力。

Objective： To study the effect of transutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on acupuncture points on revovery of motor function in acute stroke patients.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all subject received standardized medical drug and rehabilitation program.In treatment group,transutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on acupuncture points were used to recover motor function.Analyzed at two weeks after treatment.Results： In the end of treatment,the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale（FMA） and daily life activity ability score（MBI） of treatment group were better than those of control group.Conclusion： Transutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on acupuncture points can markedly improve motor function and daily life ability in acute stroke patients.
