老年麻痹性肠梗阻的治疗与护理

The Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Point Massage on Elderly Paralytic Ileus and Nursing

目的探讨中药灌肠配合穴位按摩治疗老年麻痹性肠梗阻的效果。方法将患者按就诊顺序分为两组,治疗组常规治疗的同时,早期应用中药灌肠治疗,每次取足三里、合谷、天枢、中脘、上巨虚、下巨虚进行穴位按摩;对照组常规治疗同时用温肥皂水灌肠治疗;比较两组腹痛、腹胀缓解情况;首次出肠鸣音出现时间和排气、排便时间。结果用少量多次的中药灌肠配合穴位按摩的方法,不仅促进患者肠蠕动的恢复,亦增加其舒适度;中药治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间和首次自主排气排便时间均明显早于对照组。结论用中药灌肠治疗老年性麻痹性肠梗阻是一种有效的治疗方法,老年患者易于接受。

Objective： To explore the effect of traditional chinese medicine enema combined with point massage on elderly paralytic ileus.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into two groups who all given routine therapy.Treatment group were given traditional chinese medicine enema in earlier stage,and Zusanli（ST36）,Hegu（L14）,Tianshu（ST25）,Zhongwan（RN12）,Shangjuxu（ST37）,and Xiajuxu（ST39） were massaged.While the control group were given enema with warm soapy water.The remission of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in both groups were compared.The first time of bowel sound,passing flatus and defecation were observed.Results： A little ointment and more times traditional chinese medicine enema combined with point massage could ireturn of peristalsis,and also improve their comfort.And the first times of bowel sound,passing flatus and defecation was earlier than those of control group.Conclusion： Traditional chinese medicine enema combined with point massage has definite therapeutic effect on elderly paralytic ileus,which are easily to be accepted by the elderly patients.
