摘要
针对高炉主卷扬生产中存在的编码器、PLC和断路器不稳定,液压站电磁阀易烧坏等问题,提出了相应的解决措施及方案,并实施了改造。改造后的设备运行稳定,故障率低,确保了生产顺利进行。
Regarding to unstable issues of coder, PLC and breaker as well as electromagnetic valve burnout fault for blast furnace principle lift during operation, relevant solutions and projects have been proposed, further renovation has been implemented. After innovation, the appliance has stable operation and lower failure rate to ensure a sound production.
