摘要
以316LN不锈钢管材挤压件为例,采用3种温度状态和4种摩擦因子的不同组合共进行12组挤压过程的数值模拟,得到了不同参数下坯料温变、模具载荷及材料流动情况,掌握了温度和摩擦条件对挤压力和材料流动的影响规律,为管材挤压工艺优化提供了理论依据。
Taking 316LN stainless steel pipe extrusion work piece for example, numerical simulation of 12 groups extrusion course have been carried out by applying various combinations of 3 kinds of temperature statuses and 4 kinds of friction factors, and extrusion billet temperature change, die load and material flow condition of different parameters have been obtained, meanwhile effect rule of temperatures and friction terms upon extrusion force and material flow have been controlled, which provided theoretical base for pipe extrusion technology optimization.
