摘要
通过化学成分分析、金相检验、显微硬度测试等方法,对ASTM 4145H钢中频调质开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:开裂是由于奥氏体化时的热稳定化现象导致,在随后的奥氏体向马氏体转变时产生的应力没有及时释放而形成。
By methods of chemical composition analysis, metallographic test and microhardness test, cause of ASTM 4145H steel crack tffter medium frequency quenching and tempering has been analyzed. The result showed that heat stabilization of austenising leaded to the cracks, and they subsequently were formed as stress was not release in time when austenite was transited into martensite.
