摘要
为了优化钢一混凝土结构中开孔钢板连接件构造设计,削减结构局部集中应力,保证连接件使用功能,运用弹性力学解析分析法和空间有限元数值分析法,研究开孔钢板连接件和混凝土的应力分布规律与应力集中现象,结合现行规范要求和工程实践经验,提出开孔钢板连接件的钢板厚度、开孔直径、第一个开孔位置、最后一个开孔位置、开孔间距、连接件长度以及顶底板钢板厚度等主要几何设计参数,并指出“强化端部连接,简化中间构造,细化边角部位”的连接件构造优化设计基本思路。
In order to optimize the structural design for Perfobond Leiste (PBL) connector in steel-concrete structure, to cut down the local stresses in combined section, and to ensure the function of connector, the stress distribution and the concentration of concrete in PBL connector are firstly studied by elastic mechanics analysis and space finite element methods in the paper, and then combining the present standard requirements and engineering practical experience, some main geometric design parameters for PBL connector are put forward such as plate thick- ness, open hole diameter, the first hole position, the last hole position, hole spacing, connector's length and the thickness of the top and bottom plate, finally the following basic principles of the design and optimization for connector are proposed - - "end - part strengthened , middle - part simplified and corner - part refined "
