陕西省营运车辆油耗检测技术方案研究

On Detecting Technique Scheme of Operating Vehicle Fuel- consumption in Shaanxi

结合陕西省营运车辆油耗检测实施现状，指出目前油耗测试方法所得测量结果不准确，存在很大的安全隐患。改进油耗检测方法，利用碳平衡法进行油耗计算，能更及时发现油耗超标车辆，有利于节能减排的综合监控与管理，符合当前我国节能减排的需求。

According to the status quo of operating vehicle fuel - consumption test in Shaanxi prownce, the paper points out the current detecting results of fuel - consumption test method are inaccurate existing potential safety problems, improvement in fuel consumption test method can easily find out the over -fuel -consumption vehicles in time by use of carbon balance method of consumption calculation in favour of comprehensive monitoring and managing the energy conservation and emissions reduction to meet the demands of energy saving and emission reduction in China.
