摘要
成本与效率直接关系到利润,而综合交通物流服务行业人力资源配置优化问题的本质是降低成本和提高效率,最大化的地运用现有各种人力资源,实行科学合理的人力资源编制方案,进行更为有效的交通物流服务是摆在交通物流服务企业管理人员面前的首要任务。对综合交通物流服务行业人力资源的配置进行优化研究,为加强和改进综合交通物流服务企业人力资源管理,推行整合战略思想,提出用线性规划的方法进行综合交通物流服务行业人力资源配置优化的具体细则和实施方案,并进行了实证案例分析研究。
The cost and the efficiency directly relates to the profit, while the nature of human resource configuration optimization is to reduce cost and improve efficiency in maximizing the full use of the existing various human resources to carry out scientific and reasonable human resource plan in comprehensive traffic service industry. Therefore, how to effectively serve traffic logistics is primary task to management personnel in traffic logistics enterprises, the Configuration optimization of human resource is firstly discussed, and then the specific rules and implementation scheme for configuration optimization of human resource are put forward by the method of linear program- ming in order to strengthen and improve human resources management and the implementation of the integration strategy, and finally the empirical case of comprehensive traffic service industry is analysed in this paper.
