Study on Safety Management in Road Transport Enterprises under Severe Weather

为提高道路运输企业应对恶劣天气的安全管理能力，通过分析不同恶劣天气对行车安全的影响，从道路交通系统的人、车、路一环境影响因素的三个方面，提出道路运输企业应对恶劣天气的安全管理措施，以有效降低恶劣天气下道路交通事故发生的风险，完善企业恶劣天气下的安全管理制度。

In order to improve the safety management ability to deal with bad weather in the road transport enterprises, after analysing the influence of severe weather on driving safety, this paper puts forward the safety management measures to effectively reduce road traffic accidents in bad weather and perfect the safety management system of enterprises from influence factors - people, vehicles, road -environment.
