摘要
高等职业教育的根本任务是培养高素质技能型人才。为此,除了向学生传授精湛的技术知识,并培养其熟练的操作技能外,还应该通过人文素质教育使学生具有良好的职业道德、较高的情商,历练恰当得体的言谈举止,善于建立和谐的人际关系。高职院校通过设置合理的人文素质教育课程、营造体现职业特性的人文环境和构建全面的人文素养考评体系等方式,提高学生的人文素养,对于提升高职院校人才培养质量具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。
Since the basic task of higher vocational education is to cultivate high - quality skilled talents, in addition to teach students highly technical knowledge and develop students expertly operating skills, we still should give great importance to the humanistic quality education to make students have good professional ethics, higher emotional intelligence, good manners and etiquette, and better at establishing harmonious interpersonal relationships. Higher vocational colleges should arrange reasonable and feasible courses of humanistic quality education to build up humanistic environment with vocational characteristics and establish the overall humanistic accomplishment evaluation system so as to improve students'humane quality, which has important theoretical and practical significance in improving the talent training quality in higher vocational colleges.
