摘要
为了实现升级改造后各分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)与原DCS的数据交互,对DCS第三方通信接口与具体实现方法进行了研究。阐述了与DCS建立第三方通信的几种常见实现方法:硬接线实现、串口实现、用于过程控制的对象连接与嵌入技术(object linking and embedding for process control,OPC)实现,分析比较各种方法的优缺点,归纳总结各自适用场合,认为多种方式交叉应用的解决方案将在长时间内占据主流地位。
For realizing data interaction of each distributed control system and original DCS after upgrading and reconstruc- tion, this paper studies DCS third-party communication interface and its specified realization method. It states several com- mon implementation method for establishing third-party communication with DCS including hard-wired realization, serial port realization and object linking and embedding for process control realization which is used for process control. It analyzes and compares merits and demerits of these methods and concludes each applicable occasion. The study considers that one so- lution scheme of cross application of various ways will be in dominant position for a long time.
