摘要
利用电阻应变片的受力特性,通过静力加载试验分析目前某些地区使用的拉门塔结构内力的变化值。使用ANSYS结构分析软件建立该铁塔的理论简化模型,与试验分析采用相同的加载点和加载方式,模拟试验分析所受的外部环境,通过空间杆件及结点的简化和组合,尽可能使理论分析与现场试验处于相同的受力环境,比较分析理论计算与试验结果数据的差异,验证理论分析的可靠性,以改进对该类型铁塔理论建模方式,同时为其他塔型的建模提供参考。
This paper analyzes change value of structural internal force of sliding door tower in some areas by analyzing stress characteristic of resistance strain gauge. By using ANSYS structural analysis software, it establishes theoretical simplified model, adopts the same loading point and method as adopted in test analysis and simulates the same external environment. By means of simplification and combination of space rod pieces and nodes which is as far as possible to realize the same stress environment for theoretical analysis and locale test, it compares and analyzes differences of theoretical calculation and tes- ting result data and verifies reliability of theoretical analysis in order tower and provide reference for other kinds of towers. to improve theoretical modeling method of this kind of
