Taking the foundation pit support of the first phase project for the reconstruction of the Emergency Building and operation building of Xiehe Hospital as the example, the paper analyzes the design for the foundation pit support scheme, the selection of the construction craft and the quality control in the construction in complicated surrounding environment, solves the construction difficulties in the projects, and ensures the safety and stability of the foundation pits, so as to provide some experience for similar projects.
