Combining with the production practice, the paper explores the molding of spherical wear-resisting board of XQZ and its assembling craft method, compares its advantages and disadvantages of the molding of spherical wear-resisting board and assembling scheme, and points out the wear-resisting board＇ s spherical type will be altered into M-type before the pressing, so as to enhance the production efficiency and lower the production cost.
