摘要
针对建设项目中的三超现象,从业主的角度对工程成本控制重点进行了探讨,结合项目管理原理,分别阐述了项目前期、招投标、施工及竣工阶段的成本控制要点,并对相关制度的建立及完善作了简要分析,以期预防或制止三超问题,顺利实现预期目标。
According to the three super phenomenon in construction projects, this paper discussed the project cost control key points from the per- spective of owners, combining with project management theory, respectively elaborated the cost control key points of earlier stage of project, bid- ding, construction and completion stage, and briefly analyzed the establishment and perfection of related system, in order to prevent or stop three super problem, realized smoothly the expectant goal.
