With a brief introduction on the mechanical-electrical installation and mechanical-electrical installation engineering management, com- bining with specific construction scheme content, explores the effect of construction scheme in mechanical-electrical installation engineering man- agement, and points out that the construction scheme plays the guiding and coordinating role, which has provided technical basis for mechanical- electrical installation engineering management, and will be some help for quality management, construction duration control and cost management of mechanical-electrical installation engineering.
