针对房屋施工过程中机械设备、施工用水、施工原材料等方面存在的浪费现象进行了分析,探讨了房屋施工过程中技术节约的具体应用,提出施工企业应从施工过程控制、施工后期分析等方面入手,合理控制施工成本,以减少经济损失。

This paper analyzed the waste phenomenon of mechanical equipments, construction water, construction raw materials and other aspects in housing construction process, discussed the specific applications of saving technology in building construction process, proposed the construc- tion enterprises should reasonable control cost from construction process control, construction later period analysis and other aspects, in order to reduce the economic loss.
