摘要
针对建筑行业如何加强劳务管理进行了探讨,从劳务招标,劳务分包合同,劳务队考核等环节入手阐述了具体的措施及工作重点,指出劳务管理工作的好坏直接关系到施工企业的经济效益和社会形象,只有与劳务分包单位建立良好的沟通与合作,才能增强施工企业竞争力,并获得更大利润。
The paper explores how to improve the labor management in architectural industry, illustrates the measures and working points from the labor bidding, the labor contracting, and evaluation of labor service brigades, and points out the labor service management is related to the eco- nomic benefits and social images of the construction enterprises, and the competition for the construction enterprises can be enhanced and more benefits be obtained by setting up the communication and cooperation with the Iabor contracting companies.
