摘要
在实心方钢阻振的理论基础上,研究了平板结构受点激励时空心方钢阻振质量对结构中振动波传递的阻抑特性。用振动加速度传递函数和插入损失作为评判指标,对比了在恒定力激励下平板结构布设空心方钢和实心方钢的阻振性能。以某型柴油机的振动作为激励源,分析了在柴油机振动激励作用下阻振质量结构的阻振效果。结果表明空心方钢阻振质量比实心方钢阻振质量结构的阻振效果明显,并大幅度减少了附加质量,在船舶阻振结构设计中具有参考价值。
Based on wave analysis of solid-square-steel vibration isolation mass, characteristics of impeding vibration wave propagation from hollow-square-steel vibration isolation mass installed on a plate is researched, as the plate is applied with force excitation. Taking vibration acceleration transmissibility and insert loss as evaluation indexes, vibration isolation performance of hollow square steel and that of solid square steel located on plate structure under constant force excitations are compared. Using a certain type of diesel engine vibration as excitation source, vibration isolation performance of vibration isolation mass structure under the equipment vibration excitation is analyzed. Results indicate that vibration isolation performance of hollow square steel structure is better than that of solid square steel structure, and the addition of mass is greatly reduced, which have the reference value on the design of ship vibration isolation mass structures.
