摘要 描述了深水油气开发中立管安装工艺、关键技术和分析方法。针对S型铺管船进行立管安装时存在的托管架难以靠近平台、张力转化复杂,水下操作多等难题,设计了一套全新的深水立管提升系统。该系统适用于1500~3000m水深处钢质悬链线立管(SCR)的安装,实现了S型铺管船在铺管完成后即能直接进行安装立管,减少了大型船舶的动复员,有效节约了成本。另外,这套深水立管提升系统通过改进也可用于安装其他管道上的结构物。 Some key technique, installation technology and related analysis methods of deepwater risers are described. During the current riser installation with S-Lay vessels, there are several problems such as tension conversion, complicated underwater operations and so on. In order to solve these problems, a new type of installation system for deepwater risers is developed. This system is suitable for 1 500- 3 000m depth of SCR installation, which can simplify installation process of risers, avoid the mobilization and demobilization of large vessels and save cost effectively. In addition, this system can also be used for lifting other equipment.
