组织市场中的购买者抱怨行为——对现有文献和成果的综述并对未来研究方向的展望

On Buyers' Complaining Behavior in Ogranizational Market

摘要 组织市场中的购买者抱怨行为是组织之间互动过程中的一种常见现象,学术上对其研究已有30年的历史。本研究从组织市场购买者抱怨行为的内涵、抱怨方式与抱怨者类型、抱怨行为的影响前因和后果、抱怨行为的模型等方面对现有文献进行了梳理,并在此基础上对现有研究成果进行了探讨,并从四个方面展望了未来研究的方向。 The buyer complaint behavior in organizational market is an important part of interorganizational interaction types and review, we between firms. This paper made a research review on buyersj complaining conception, its behavior styles, its antecedents and results, as well as buyer complaining behavior model. Based on the put forward some research directions for this theme in the future.
