老年医疗保健相关性肺炎与社区获得性肺炎的临床对比及护理

Elderly healthcare-associated pneumonia and community acquired pneumonia:a clinical comparisonand nursing

目的对比老年医疗保健相关性肺炎(HCAP)与社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床特点,制定针对老年HCAP的护理措施。方法回顾性分析本院老年呼吸科36例HCAP和32例CAP的临床特点。结果 HCAP与CAP在基础疾病、误吸病史、多药耐药菌感染、抗生素应用及调整、住院天数、病死率等方面存在明显的区别。结论针对HCAP与CAP的不同特点,应制定HCAP相应的护理措施,以期改善HCAP的预后。

Objective To compare the clinical characteristics of patients with healthcare-associated pneumonia （HCAP） and communication acquired pneumonia （CAP）, and draw up nursing interventions of HCAP in elderly. Methods A retrospective observational study was conducted on 36 cases of HCAP and 32 cases of CAP in elderly. Results The obvious characteristic differences of HCAP and CAP were observed in the following areas： basic diseases, aspiration history, multidrug resistant （MDR） bacteria infection, using and adjustment of antibiotics, days of hospitalization, and mortality. Conclusion According to the characteristic differences of HCAP and CAP, the integrated nursing interventions of HCAP should be drawn up to improve prognosis of HACP.
