补阳还五汤和弥可保联合中药熏蒸防治化疗后周围神经病变的临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and the Mecobalamin Combined with Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy

目的考察补阳还五汤和弥可保联合中药熏蒸防治化疗致周围神经毒性反应疗效。方法对照组常规口服弥可保,治疗组口服弥可保的基础上行中药熏蒸和口服中药汤剂。结果口服弥可保加中药熏蒸及口服汤剂防治奥沙利铂的外周神经毒性优于单用西药,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在口服弥可保的基础上应用中药熏蒸和口服中药汤剂,能有效改善化疗致周围神经毒性反应。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and the Mecobalamin Combined with Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. Methods The treatment group take the Mecobalamin conventional orallly, The control group with oral Methycobal based uplink Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Oral administration traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Results The effect of Oral Methycobal combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation and oral traditional Chinese Medicine decoction in prevention and treatment of oxaliplatin peripheral neurotoxicity is better than single Western Medicine＇ s. The treatment group compared with the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion It can effectively ameliorate the chemotherapy induced peripheral neurotoxicity reaction which oral Methycobal based uplink Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Oral administration traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
