额-颞-眶-颧硬膜内外联合入路视神经管减压术的疗效分析

目的分析比较额-颞-眶-颧硬膜内外联合入路与单纯翼点入路视神经管减压术的疗效。方法总结1998年1月～2011年9月期间采用不同入路视神经管减压术的58例患者的手术效果。结果翼点入路视神经管减压开放术28例总有效率为71.43%,额-颞-眶-颧硬膜内外联合入路视神经管减压术30例总有效率为80.00%。结论经额-颞-眶-颧硬膜外下联合入路操作安全,术后效果好,并发症少。

Objective Analysis and comparison of combined fronto temporal orbito zygomatic intradural and epidural combined approach and simple pterional approach for decompression of optic nerve canal curative effect. Methods A retrospective summary of 1998 January to 2011 September Tangshan City people＇s hospital using different approach for decompression of optic nerve canal in 58 cases operation effect. Results Approach of decompression of optic canal 28 cases total efficiency of 71.43%,combined fronto temporal orbito zygomatic epidural combined approach for decompression of optic nerve canal in 30 cases of the total efficiency of 80%. Conclusion The combined fronto temporal orbito zygomatic epidural combined approach to safe operation, good effect and less complication after operation.
