指出了建设美丽中国、促进绿色发展,是生态文明新时代哲学凝炼的表达。探讨了森林生态经营的实质应该是以保护为基础,以结构调整为手段,适地适树,分类施策,提高生物多样性,通过科学抚育改造,发展林下经济,建立动态管理机制,培育健康稳定的森林生态系统。
＂Constructing beautiful China and promoting green development＂ is philosophic and concentrated expression for ecological civilization in the new era. It is essential for forest ecological management to take protection as foundation andstructure adjustment as measure tomatchspecies with the siteandimprove the bi-ological diversity,so as todevelop under-forest economy through scientific cultivating and transformation, establish dynamic management mechanismand cultivate a healthy and stable forest ecological system.
