中小型污水厂污泥与花生壳堆肥技术研究

摘要 中小型城市污水厂污泥重金属含量低、产量小。充分利用本地丰富的花生壳废物资源与污泥混合,采用高温好氧堆肥技术,探讨一种适合中小型污水厂污泥处理高效、低能耗的堆肥工艺。堆肥成品符合《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置园林绿化用泥质GB/T 23486-2009》各项参数,适用于园林绿化中的中性和碱性土壤。 Heavy metal content is low in the sludge of small and medium-sized wastewater treatment plant and the output is small. This paper explores a composting process with high efficiency and low energy consumption by taking full advantage of the local rich peanut shell waste resources to mix sludge and employ thermophilic aerobic composting technology. The composting finished products comply with the parameters of the municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge disposal landscaping with muddy GB / T 23486-2009 which is applicable to the landscaping in neutral and alkaline soils.
