摘要
加强公务人员道德建设,不断提高公务人员的道德水准十分重要和紧迫。公务人员道德建设日益受到重视,讲道德、讲诚信、讲奉献成为主流。但是,公务人员失德行为也时有发生,严重影响了党和政府形象。要从构建正确的价值引导机制等方面建立道德激励机制,不断促进良好道德品质的养成,并从构建完善的道德规范体系等方面建立惩戒约束机制,依法对失德行为进行问责处理,从源头上预防违纪违法行为,遏制公务人员道德失范的发生。
It is very important and urgent to strengthen the moral construction of civil servant and continuously improve the moral standards of all civil servants. Based on the analysis of current situation of civil servants" moral construction, this paper points out that the moral construction of civil servants is becoming increasingly important, and morals, honesty and dedication is becoming mainstream. But at the same time, the misconduct of civil servants also happens from time to tome, which seriously affects the image of the government and party. This paper puts forward to construct moral incentive mechanism from establishing correct value guide mechanism, and constantly promote the cultivation of good moral character, construct disciplinary constraint mechanism from constructing perfect ethics system, and conduct accountability processing strictly in accordance with the law to prevent illegal behavior from the source.
