The strategic emerging industries is provided with high-risk, high-investment, high-growth, high-yield characteristics, these characteristics also mean that the financing problem which exists in the development process of strategic emerging industries, especially in the budding naive period. Commercial banks occupy an important role in the financial system, their financial support has a significant impact on the growth of strategic emerging industries.
