新疆贫困县县医院设备配置现状研究

Research of the present situation of the medical equipment in county hospitals of Xinjiang rural areas

目的掌握新疆贫困县县医院设备配置及使用情况。方法采用调查表收集6个贫困县2005年1月1日-2011年12月31日上报的数据及新疆维吾尔自治区卫生厅信息中心网络直报系统数据,对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果新疆托里、青河、阿合奇、柯坪、疏勒、策勒6个贫困县县医院现有一般医疗设备中已配置和使用的设备仅有35种,诊断设备类配置率较低(66.67%),中心监护系统配置占总配置设备数量的0.03%,治疗类设备使用率较低(75.10%),大型医疗设备中B超的配置率最高(100.00%)。结论新疆贫困县县医院的医疗设备已有很大的补充和更新。然而,设备种类少使用率低,技术人员少,大型设备使用状况不容乐观。应加强政府投入,建立医疗设备合理配置,重视技术人才的培养和使用。

Objective To understand the present situation and application of medical equipment in 6 county hospitals of Xinjiang rural areas. Methods Using a questionnaire to collect the data submitted by the the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region health department information center network of 6 impoverished county in year 2005 to year 2011. The data were statistical analyzed descriptively. Results There were 35 kinds of installed and applied equipments in the county hospitals from Toli, Qinghe, Aheqi, Shule, Cele. The configuration rate of diagnosis equipment was low （66.67%）, the configuratio Kep n of lng cen tral monitoring takes up 0.03% of the whole equipment; the application of therapy equipment is low as 75.10%; the configuration rate of type--B ultrasonic is the highest in the medical devices （100.00%）.Conclusion The additions and updates progress well under the national policy, meanwhile, the categories are less, the technical staff is short, and the application of the large medical device is low, so to enlarge the government invest, to set up the rational configuration system of the equipment, and to focus on training the technicians.
