乌鲁木齐市某重点高中学生睡眠质量与焦虑状况的相关分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解乌鲁木齐市某重点高中学生睡眠质量及焦虑情况。方法按年级分层,在每个年级的班级中按整群抽样的方法抽取乌鲁木齐市某重点中学22个班级的1 096名高中生,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对不同性别、不同民族及不同年级的学生进行调查,采用Logistic回归分析焦虑的影响因素。结果乌鲁木齐市某重点高中学生中有睡眠障碍的学生占21.1%,有焦虑的学生占19.7%。不同年级、不同性别学生SAS总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),汉族与维吾尔族学生SAS总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),汉族与回族、其他民族学生PSQI总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别学生PSQI总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年级学生PSQI总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示性别、年级、PSQI总分、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、日间功能是焦虑的危险因素。结论乌鲁木齐市某重点高中学生睡眠障碍及焦虑检出率较高,影响焦虑的因素有性别、年级、PSQI总分、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、日间功能。 Objective To study sleep quality and anxiety of students in a key high school in Urumqi City. Methods Stratified by grade, the total of 1 096 high school students in 22 classes from a key middle school in Urumqi was extracted by cluster sampling method, using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scale and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) to investigate students of different gender, different nation- alities and different grade, using Logistic regression to 21.1G of high school students have a sleep disorder in analyze the influence factors of anxiety. Results Urumqi, 19.7o//oo of high school students suffer from anxiety. SAS scores was statistically different significantly in different grades and different genders. SAS scores difference was statistically significant in Han and Uygur students. PSQI score difference was statis tically significant in Han and Hui and other ethnic students. PSQI score difference was not statistically sig- nificant in different gender students. PSQI score difference was statistically significant in different grade studennts. Logistic regression analysis display gender, grade, PSQI score, sleep quality, sleep disturb- ance, daytime function is independent risk factor for anxiety. Conclusion sleep disorder and anxiety detec- tion rate in some key high school students of Urumqi is higher, factors of affecting anxiety are gender, grade, PSQI score, sleep quality, sleep disturbance, daytime function.
