摘要
以绿茶加工时剩下的碎茶末、低品质茶为原料,通过提取、浓缩、除鞣,再配以绞股兰、枸杞等提取成份,经喷雾干燥后,制得热水可溶,汤体透明,茶味清醇,营养丰富的系列保健型速溶茶。
This paper was reseach study on makirg healthy instant tea from tea dust or low quality teas as raw materials.The whole process was extracting,tennic acid removing,concentrating,spray drying and so on.
