摘要
目的探讨交沙霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的临床疗效。方法 110例非淋菌性尿道炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组分别给予交沙霉素和强力霉素,疗程均为10d。结果两组有效率分别为91.67%和72.00%,差异有显著性(P<0.01);结论交沙霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎疗效显著,副反应少。
Objective To investigate the effect of josamycine treat nongonococcal urethritis.. Methods 110 patients with nogoeoeeal urethritis were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group was infuse with josamyeine, while the control group was infuse with doxycyeline. ,The therapy period was 10 days for both groups. Results The total effective rate was 91.67% for the treatment group and 72.00% for the control group,, and difference had the sense of statistics （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Josamycine showed satisfactory effi- cacy and no marked side effects in treatin~ nongonococcal urethritis.
