摘要
利用土壤-植物系统的富硒营养原理和技术,在低硒土壤茶园施用富硒茶专用生物制剂,生产富硒茶叶,研究富硒茶叶对大鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。结果表明:大鼠饮用富硒茶和补充Na2SeO3能显著提高大鼠血液和肝组织的含硒量,饮用富硒茶大鼠的吞噬细胞是对照的6.2倍,低硒茶叶的1.4倍;吞噬指数是对照的2.1倍,Na2SeO3的1.4倍。富硒茶显著提高大鼠体内吞噬细胞和吞噬指数,增强机体的非特异性免疫功能,在等量硒条件下,富硒茶中硒的生物有效性高于无机硒Na2SeO3。
By means of new organic selenium plant biotechnology ,Se-enriched tea was developed by fertilization in soil or foliar spraying of selenium in soil-plant system.An animal test was carried out The rats were fed both a selenium-deficietnt basal diet ,supplemented with water,sodium selenite,extraction of low Se tea and a diet with Se-enriched tea respectively.The results showed that selenium contents in blood and liver were signifiacntly increased in rats fed with extraction of Se-enriched tea and sodium selenite compared with that of low Se tea extraction and water.The higher efficacy was produced by selenium in Se-enriched tea.The significant difference was obtained in rat phagocytic cell percentage and phagocytic index in rats fed with Se-enriched tea and sodium selenilte in comparison with that fed with lowse water.Se-enriched tea could improve rat immune efficacy and be used as a good source for raising animals and human selenium intake.
