摘要
介绍了一种低摩尔比的脲醛树脂，用该树脂加入尿素、交联剂、甲醛捕集剂后生产的胶合板的甲醛释放量＜１０ｇ／１００ｇ（穿孔法），胶合强度达到Ⅱ类板要求。可制得低毒级胶合板。
A UF resin with low molar ratio was introduced. With added urea, crosslinking agent andformaldehyde scavenger, the resin could be used to produce low-toxic grade plywood. Formaldehyde emission of the plywood was lower than 10mg/100g and the plywood glue bond Strength reached Ⅱ grade.
