摘要
目的探讨顽固性鼻出血常见的出血部位及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析70例顽固性鼻出血患者的临床资料。结果 64例患者经1次止血治疗成功,6例因出血部位不明确,经2次电凝后止血成功。所有患者均随访6个月以上,疗效满意,无复发。结论顽固性鼻出血治疗的关键是准确找到出血部位后给予有效止血。鼻内窥镜下电凝术对治疗顽固性鼻出血是可行且疗效肯定的治疗方法。
Objective To report 70 cases of electrocoagulation therapy through nasal endoscopy for stubborn rbinorrhea. Methods Clinical data about 70 cases of stubborn rhinorrhagia cured through nasal endoscopy were analyzed. Results Sixty-four cases were cured on the first treatment and no definite hemorrhagic loci were found in six cases. All cases were followed up for six months; No recurrence or complications were observed. Conclusion The key point for treating intractable epistaxis is to exactly find the location. The electrocoagulation under nasal endoscope is feasible and effective for treating intractable epistaxis.
