摘要
人文素质教育是提升综合素质,塑造完善人格,提升文化品位,培养审美情趣的教育。欠发达地区的高等职业院校当前人文素质教育较为薄弱,影响到学生的就业和发展。可通过转变高职教育思想;对现有高职课程体系进行改革,构建人文素质教育课程体系;改善教学方法,采用行动导向教学法和情绪体验教学法;调整教学内容,贴近当下社会生活、校园生活;动员多方力量进行师资队伍建设;营造人文校园环境等措施对欠发达地区高职院校的人文素质教育水平加以提高。
: Humanistic quality education is to improve students' comprehensive quality, namely, to shape perfect personality, to cultivate cultural taste and to improve aesthetic appreciation. By now, this work is done weakly in higher vocational colleges especially in less developed areas, which has a severe side-effect to students' job hunting and further development. Many measures can be taken to improve it, such as changing the educational conceptions as regard to higher vocational colleges, transforming the current curriculum system to the one with humanity education, improving teaching methods by applying action-oriented and emotion-experiencing ways, adjusting teaching content so as to get it close to social and campus life, build up the faculty team with the help from multi aspects and create humanistic environment on campus and etc.
