摘要
实现隧道的安全快速施工,合理高效的施工组织管理是其中非常重要的一环。就隧道钻爆法施工而言,20世纪80年代以来我国的隧道施工技术和装备并没有太多实质性的改变,而施工水平有了较大的提高,这种提高有很大成分是由于组织管理水平的提高所致。青岛胶州湾海底隧道第一施工合同段较其他标段开工较晚,在工期异常紧张的情况下,通过合理的施工组织,保证了工程的按期完成。
Effective construction management is crucial for the safe and efficient tunnel construction. Taking the drilling and blasting as an example, though no significant improvement found with the technology and equipment for tunneling, great progress is made in the construction due to the advancement in organization management. The first construction contract section starts later than other section, with an intense construction time, proper construction management ensure the project completed on time
