浅析构建江苏省内河铁水联运网的意义

Brief Analysis of the Significance of Inland River-rail Intermodal Transportation Network in Jiangsu Province

随着交通部、铁道部集装箱铁水联运示范项目的推进,铁水联运已成为现代综合交通运输体系重要的运输模式,为区域经济协调发展注入新动力。江苏省经济有能源、原材料、市场、劳动力四头在外的特点,经济发展对外依存度较高,稳定的运输系统将对经济可持续发展提供有力保障。江苏省内河水运发达,铁路网逐步加强,铁路与内河水运构建成铁水联运网,是集装箱铁水联运经验的新运用,将提升铁路与水运对江苏省经济发展的支持。

With advancement of the container rail-river muhimodal transportation demonstrative project put forward by Ministry of transport and Ministry of Railway, rail-river muhimodal transportation, as an new important transportation modal of modern integrated traffic and transportation system, offers new power for coordinated development of regional economies. The remarkable characteristic of Jiangsu province economy is the dependence of energy, raw-material, market and labor on external market, which makes the economy development, relies highly on external environment. Stable transportation sys- tem gives a firm protection to sustainable development of economy. Due to flourishing inland water transportation in Jiangsu and strengthening of railway network construction, rail-river multimodal transportation network, composed by railway and inland-river, a new application of container rail-river multimodal transportation, will enable railway and river-transportation contribute more support to economy development.
