摘要
针对离合器内部结构的复杂性及膜片弹簧工作环境的特殊性,通过分析膜片弹簧欲达到的优化效果,采用预设定膜片弹簧理想工作值的方法来制定优化设计目标,并权衡各优化目标的权系数对膜片弹簧进行综合优化设计,以增强离合器的工作性能。运用改进的遗传算法来快速、准确的分析求解优化设计模型,结果表明,该优化策略得到了收敛速度快并避免陷入局部解的全局最优解。
According to that the clutch's hternal structure is complex and the worl^g envkonment is particular, this paper studies the analy- sis of the ideal optimal result and the use the method of a predetermined diaphragm spring's ideal workhg value, so that to design the optimal design goal and balance weight coefficient of each Optknization Goals for the conwehensive optimal design to improve the performance of the clutch. Through using the modified genetic algorithm to deal with the optimization design model rapidly and accurately, the result shows that the reasonable use of modified GA optimization strategy has got the global optimal solution with fast convergence rate.
