Study on promoting the ability of Vocational College Students Employment

以就业能力内涵的理解为切入点,分析当前高职院校学生在就业能力方面存在的不足,高职院校应加强就业指导,提升学生综合素质;深化校企合作,强化学生实践动手能力;创新人才培养模式,提升学生学习能力;加强创业教育,培养学生创新意识,不断提升高职学生就业能力。

As the starting ponat of the understanding of employabilitty, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the higher vocational college students＇ employability. Besides, this paper also proposes that vocational colleges should strengthen employment guidance to en- hance the professional level of career guidance; deepen the school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen students＇ practical ability; movate trakring model to enhance students＇ learning ability; strengthen entrepreneurship education students＇ awareness of innovation, so that to improve the employability of the vocational high school students.
