新疆地区牛Q热血清抗体检测与结果分析

Detection of Q Fever Antibodies and the Result Analysis in Xinjiang Region

为了解新疆地区牛群中Q热的流行情况,用ELISA方法对采自新疆9个地区的共318份牛血清进行了Q热抗体检测。检测结果表明,该病在6个地区中均有不同程度的发生和流行,平均阳性率为12.9%,且在年龄大和流产牛群中阳性率偏高。

In order to learn about the epidemic of Q fever in cattle population, 374 cattle serum samples were collected from 9 different districts of Xinjiang Autonomous Region and detected by ELISA. The results showed the diseases exist in 6 districts, the average positive rate was 12.9%, and the seropositive rate was higher in the older or abortive cows.
