HX-9812型三层小套差胶辊的研制和应用

Development and Application of HX-9812 Top Roller with the Structure of Three Layers and Small Nest Difference

HX 981 2型三层小套差胶辊是具有中缓冲层的三层复合结构 ,设计套差为 1 .0mm。文中对该胶辊的结构设计、胶料配方的优化设计情况及纺纱效果进行了论述。HX 981 2型胶辊有硬度为邵尔A75度± 2度的系列处理胶辊和邵尔A70度± 2度、邵尔A65度± 2度的不处理胶辊 ;实践表明 ,HX 981 2型胶辊性能较好 ,有利于成纱质量的提高。

HX\|9812 top roller has the compound structure with three layers,the middle layer has the cushioning effect,the design nest difference is 1.0 mm.The design of the structure,the optimum design of glue formula and the spinning effect of this top roller was expounded in this paper.HX\|9812 top roller has two series,one is treatment top roller with Schopper (75 + -2) degrees hardness,another is non\|treatment top roller with Schopper (70 + -2) and (65 + -2) degrees hardness.The practice showed that,the better performance of HX\|9812 top roller is beneficial to improving the yarn quality.
