摘要
颠覆性创新是企业面临着技术创新、市场突破、商业模式创新、产品创新等时理想的选择,关于互联网领域商业模式颠覆性创新实例蕴涵的规律性东西的提炼和发现是值得研究的课题。如淘宝网以免费的商业模式打破面向消费者的电子商务市场竞争格局,成功地培育了中国网络购物的大市场。本文以淘宝网为例分析企业如何根据自身条件占领市场份额,并探讨互联网领域商业模式颠覆性的创新条件、路径及其后续持续性的创新策略,旨在为其他企业提供参考。
Disruptive innovation is the most ideal choice for enterprises facing with technical innovation,market breakthrough,business model innovation,and product innovation.It is a topic worthy of study that refining and finding out the regularities from instances of Internet business model disruptive innovation.For example,as one of the most successful enterprises,Taobao’s free business models broke the competitive pattern of the consumer-oriented e-business and successfully cultivated the big market of electronic business in China.This paper takes Taobao as an example to analyze how to capture market share according to its own conditions,and explores the condition,path and its subsequent persistent innovation strategy of disruptive innovation of Internet business model,in order to provide some valuable advice for other enterprises.
