工程试验研究中知识创新的螺旋运动

摘要 隐性知识与显性知识经过社会化、外在化、组合化及内隐化的转化过程,能够形成不断成长的知识螺旋,推动知识创新活动的产生。知识创新贯穿于知识螺旋的所有阶段,而知识螺旋运动在知识创新的不同阶段起着不同的作用。以混凝土构件中的长期变形性能研究为例,对知识创新中的螺旋运动进行分析。通过大量文献研究发现,混凝土规范的收缩预测模型误差较大。在恒温恒湿环境下,通过制作混凝土柱试验数据,并与现有规范进行整合,修正收缩应变模型,对工程理论的不断完善具有重大意义。 In the conversion process of socialization,externalization,combination,internalization between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,a growing knowledge spiral was formed,which was important in helping generate knowledge innovation.Knowledge innovation had run through the whole stages of knowledge spiral,while knowledge spiral motion played different important roles in different stages of knowledge innovation.Take the research on long-term deformation properties of concrete member as an example,knowledge spiral motion in knowledge innovation was analyzed.Through an analysis of relative literatures,the error of shrinkage calculation formula was big in shrinkage prediction model.It is necessary to select a calculation formula to predict actually by testing concrete column in constant temperature and humidity environment.Amended model was constructed by integrating test data with technical standard.New inspiration was coursed in the process of application,and it's of great significance in engineering theory improving.
