摘要
农业科研人力资源作为农业组织核心竞争力最重要的来源,它的合理配置决定了农业科技进步系统的健康发展,进而决定了社会的和谐发展。目前的研究尚未深入到这一子系统的专业领域中去。运用和谐管理理论,从宏观方面对农业科研人力资源配置作了探讨,并提出了优化配置的路径、工具和结构。
Human resource allocation in the science research and design of agriculture as the most important source of core competitiveness of agricultural organization,the logical allocation of it determines the health of the harmonious development of the agricultural science and technology system.The current research has not been studied in depth to the scientific and technological progress in this sub-system of professional areas.With the application of Harmonious Management Theory,allocation of human resources in agriculture and micro-enterprises in agricultural research were discussed in macro-social aspects.Appropriate conclusions were concluded from macro aspects.
